Death by Force

On March 18, 2018, 20-year-old Luis Barragan was fatally shot in the head outside his apartment at the Reserve at Creekbend in southwest Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 1 a.m., and Barragan was pronounced dead at a local hospital shortly after. Investigators believe that Barragan was deliberately targeted, although it remains unclear whether he knew the shooter.
