Felix Caxaj, 25, male, Hispanic/Latino, was shot to death late on Sunday, September 21, 2025, near the 3400 block of Unity Drive in west Houston. Officers were already canvassing the area after a reported carjacking on Skyline Drive when a passerby flagged them down about a body lying near Richmond Avenue.
