Raul Garza, a 17-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2018, in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred in East Oak Cliff, where Raul was shot during an argument with Marcus Hernandez, 18. According to police reports, the altercation ended in gunfire, and Raul was found around 12:50 a.m. in the 3500 block of Fordham Road. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Raul succumbed to his injuries.
