Todd Neal Jr., a young African American male, tragically lost his life on June 11, 2018, in Fort Worth, Texas. The incident that led to his death was initially reported as a road rage incident, but further investigation revealed it was a targeted shooting over drugs. Neal was a passenger in a black Lexus when the confrontation began in the 3800 block of Altamesa Boulevard in Fort Worth.
