Juan Carlos Gomez, a 32-year-old male of Mexican ethnicity, tragically died on July 20, 2018, in Austin, Texas. He was found with a gunshot wound in the 9300 block of FM 969 in east Travis County. The circumstances surrounding his death led to a thorough investigation by the Austin Police Department.
