Jerry Carlton, a 27-year-old African American male from Houston, Texas, tragically died on August 11, 2018. He was shot in the chest while inside a music studio located in the 8500 block of Sweetwater Lane in northern Harris County. The incident occurred late Saturday night when unknown suspects fired multiple shots from outside the studio, breaking the storefront glass and hitting Carlton in the back room.
