Bobby Garcia, a 38-year-old Hispanic man from Houston, TX, was tragically killed on March 13, 2017. Garcia, the owner of Garcia's Tires and Wheels, was shot while trying to stop two men from stealing items from his friend's car outside a gas station. As he intervened, one of the suspects opened fire, and Garcia was fatally wounded. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at Ben Taub Hospital.
