On May 30, 2013, 47-year-old Michael Goodlow was fatally shot in the College Hill neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. Responding to reports of gunfire, police discovered Goodlow near his vehicle on Linton Avenue, close to his residence. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, primarily to the head, and was pronounced dead at the scene. This incident marked him as the 37th homicide victim in St. Louis that year, underscoring a period of heightened violence in the area.
