Leslie Ibarra, a 17-year-old Hispanic female from El Paso, Texas, tragically lost her life on September 14, 2018. Leslie was killed in a triple-homicide incident outside an apartment building on Lincoln Avenue in Central El Paso. The incident involved two other teenagers, Ricardo Del Moro, 18, and Emmanuel Del Moro, 17, who were also fatally shot.
