On December 4, 2019, Monica Marie Carazo Vergel, a 24-year-old woman from El Paso, Texas, tragically lost her life in a murder-suicide incident. The incident occurred in the Northeast El Paso neighborhood on the 4600 block of South MC Mellnik Drive.
