Juan Manuel Garcia, a 51-year-old man, tragically died on October 16, 2018, in Northeast El Paso, Texas. The incident occurred during a domestic dispute with his wife, Lillian Pinales, who was 35 years old at the time. According to police reports, the argument escalated, and Pinales shot Garcia during the altercation. Garcia was taken to University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries but unfortunately succumbed to his wounds later that evening.
