On a tragic afternoon in Springdale, Arkansas, the life of 19-year-old Willie Tillman, an African American male, was cut short by gunfire. The incident unfolded around 2:48 p.m. on April 29, 2025, at a residence on Wayland Avenue. Tillman was inside the home when Ashton Balentine Jr., 20, of Rogers, allegedly entered through an unlocked front door.
