Bradison Allen Mims Sr., a 29-year-old man from Beaumont, Texas, tragically passed away on October 16, 2018. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds near a sidewalk on North Street in Beaumont. Mims, who was a new father, was excited about his son and had only held him once before his untimely death.

The investigation into Bradison Mims' death led to the arrest of Herbert Wayne Collins, a 40-year-old Beaumont man. Collins was a friend of Mims and was arrested two days after the shooting ...
