Kevin Ray Kenebrew, a 49-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Beaumont, Texas, tragically died on September 26, 2020. He was shot multiple times in the bedroom of his home located in the 2400 block of East Lucas around 2:40 p.m. The incident occurred in the afternoon, and witnesses reported that the suspect fled the scene on foot but was later apprehended in the area of Calder and 10th Street.
