Juan Rivera Garcia, a 36-year-old Hispanic man, was found dead on January 6, 2019, in Mesquite, Texas. His body was discovered in the yard of a home on Wesley Drive, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. The police were called to the scene around 8:15 a.m. after a neighbor found his body. The investigation revealed that Garcia had been shot multiple times, and the suspect, Kailey Elizabeth Marnell, a 23-year-old woman from Mesquite, was arrested in connection with his murder.
