Jimmy Hernandez Rodriguez, a 41-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on January 16, 2019, in Lubbock, Texas. The incident occurred in the 1500 block of 37th Street, where Rodriguez was found on the ground by police responding to a shots fired call. He was taken to University Medical Center but later succumbed to his injuries.
