Luis Martinez, a 27-year-old Hispanic male from Lubbock, Texas, tragically lost his life on May 25, 2019. The incident occurred near the intersection of 37th Street and Avenue P, where emergency medical services found him suffering from a gunshot wound to his back. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, Martinez succumbed to his injuries.
