Oscar Flores-Ruiz, an 18-year-old Hispanic male, tragically died on January 26, 2019, in West Livingston, Texas. He sustained a single gunshot wound to the head and was transported to Chi St Luke’s Hospital before being airlifted to Herman Memorial Hospital in Houston. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries the following day. An autopsy conducted by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the cause of death as the gunshot wound.
