Cindy Romero-Fajardo, a 32-year-old woman from Houston, Texas, tragically lost her life on February 3, 2019. She was found shot and dumped on the side of a road in northwest Houston. The investigation revealed that Cindy had been involved in a heated altercation with her boyfriend, Wilson Rivera-Madrid, at a nightclub prior to her death. Rivera-Madrid, who was 27 years old at the time, became the prime suspect in Cindy's murder.
