Ruben Narciso Ramirez, a 37-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on February 17, 2019, in El Paso, Texas. The incident occurred outside Flip's Neighborhood Bar on Country Club Road. Ramirez was involved in a physical altercation with 29-year-old Josue Rojas Jr., who was being escorted out of the bar by the manager, Bryan Scott Melendez.
