Quincy Davis, a 36-year-old male from Beaumont, Texas, was tragically shot to death on March 17, 2019, at the Bar 23 Social Lounge. The incident occurred around 3:40 a.m. when gunfire erupted outside the nightclub, leaving Davis dead and two others injured. The investigation revealed that a large fight had taken place outside the club, which ultimately led to the shooting.
