Matthew Emery Dragulski, a 37-year-old man from Beaumont, Texas, tragically lost his life on August 25, 2021. He was working on a truck outside his home when he was shot by Elijah Guillory, a 20-year-old suspect. Another man, who was working on his motorcycle alongside Dragulski, was also shot and left paralyzed.
