Death by Force

Carmen L. Watson, age 20, was shot and killed on October 30, 2013, in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident took place in the early morning hours while she was sitting with two others outside a residence in the 1100 block of Aubert Avenue, in the northern part of the city. Carmen sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the shoulder. Emergency responders arrived at the scene shortly after 2:30 a.m., but she was later pronounced dead.
