Janette Quiroz, a 37-year-old woman from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost her life on April 9, 2019. She was fatally shot outside the Rosemont at University Park apartments along with her 18-year-old pregnant daughter, Bernadett Quiroz. The incident also resulted in the death of Bernadett's unborn child, Tabitha Quiroz, who was delivered via C-section but passed away three days later.
