Patricia Harwood, a 60-year-old woman from San Antonio, TX, tragically lost her life on September 24, 2018, in a murder-suicide incident. The incident occurred at her home on Viewsite Drive, where she was shot by her husband, Gary Harwood, who was 62 years old.
