Ryan Joshua Bates, a 19-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically died on July 16, 2019, in Houston, TX. Bates was fatally shot multiple times in an apartment complex parking lot in northwest Harris County. The incident occurred during what was believed to be a drug deal gone wrong.

William Underwood, a 17-year-old male from Magnolia, TX, was arrested and charged with Bates' murder. Underwood, who was nicknamed "Ziggy," allegedly met Bates to buy marijuana. According to court doc ...Read More
