Cedric Carter, a 38-year-old man from Beaumont, Texas, tragically died on July 20, 2019, from a gunshot wound. He was found inside a home in the 5100 block of Oriole Drive, suffering from the injury, and later succumbed to his wounds at a Beaumont hospital. The circumstances surrounding his death were unclear, and the investigation was ongoing at the time.
