Francisco Javier Pasillas, a 33-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on August 22, 2019, in Garland, Texas, as a result of a road rage incident. Pasillas was traveling with his wife, Janet Martin, in their SUV when they encountered an aggressive driver weaving through traffic.
