Kenneth Wesley, a 26-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 24, 2019, in Dallas, Texas. He was one of two victims in a double murder incident that occurred early that morning in the 4400 block of Cicero Street in East Oak Cliff. The other victim, Jennifer Hernandez, aged 39, was pronounced dead at the scene, while Kenneth was transported to a nearby hospital where he later succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds.
