Ignacio Romo Jr., a 13-year-old Hispanic boy from San Antonio, Texas, tragically died on September 28, 2019, from a gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred on the far North Side of San Antonio, where Ignacio and a friend were playing with a semi-automatic rifle.
