Jabari Cephus, a 20-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on December 29, 2019, in the parking lot of the Regency at Dell Ranch apartment complex in Round Rock, Texas. The incident occurred shortly after 10 p.m. when officers responded to a report of gunshots. Cephus was found with gunshot wounds and was later pronounced dead at a hospital.
