Brian Spencer, a 26-year-old male, tragically lost his life on January 4, 2020, in Houston, TX. He was fatally shot while sitting in a parked vehicle in the parking lot of an apartment complex at 2909 Hayes Road. The incident occurred around 1:15 p.m. when a suspect approached the vehicle and opened fire, striking both Brian and another occupant, Tracy Spencer, 39. Paramedics pronounced Brian deceased at the scene, while Tracy was transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition.
