Jason Ray Rush, a 38-year-old white male from Silsbee, Texas, tragically lost his life on March 13, 2020. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred at his residence on FM 1122, north of Silsbee. The incident took place in the late afternoon, around 4:30 p.m., when deputies from the Hardin County Sheriff's Office responded to a call reporting the shooting. Upon arrival, they found Jason Rush deceased from a single gunshot wound.
