Errick Smith, a 45-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on May 4, 2020, while sitting on the front porch of his residence in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 6:45 p.m. in the 4400 block of Mowery Road. Neighbors reported hearing several gunshots but did not hear any argument or screaming prior to the shooting.
