Damien Walton, a 38-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on February 24, 2017, in Houston, Texas. He was found deceased inside a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds at the Avana Cypress Estates Apartment Complex located at 10802 Legacy Park Drive. The Harris County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and launched an investigation into his death.
The investigation revealed that a suspect, described as a black male wearing a white t-shirt and blue
jeans, was seen running from the vehicle after the shooting took place. Despite efforts to identify and apprehend the suspect, no arrests have been made in connection with Walton's murder. The Harris County Sheriff's Office has sought the public's help in identifying the suspect responsible for Walton's death. Crime Stoppers has offered a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging and/or arrest of the suspect.
As of now, the case remains unsolved, and the investigation is ongoing. The Harris County Sheriff's Office continues to encourage anyone with information about the incident to come forward and assist in bringing justice for Damien Walton.
