Tony Harper, a 27-year-old San Francisco resident, was killed in a double shooting on June 22, 2012, in the Bayview neighborhood. The shooting took place around 11:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Salinas Avenue. Harper and another man, who was 23 years old, were both shot, and they managed to reach San Francisco General Hospital by themselves. Unfortunately, Harper was pronounced dead upon arrival.
