On September 17, 2008, Jordan McKay, age 23, was fatally shot while riding his bicycle home from work in the Richmond District of San Francisco. The incident occurred around 1:40 a.m. as McKay was cycling along 15th Avenue and Cabrillo Street. He was intercepted by three to four individuals in a light-colored four-door vehicle, identified as a 2008 Chevrolet Impala or Malibu.
