Yuchuan Guo, a 30-year-old graduate student at San Francisco State University, was fatally shot on Treasure Island, San Francisco, on May 10, 2017. Guo was just weeks away from receiving his master’s degree in international relations. The incident took place in his home between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., and authorities have not made any arrests related to the case.
