A man is shot and killed while walking to a friend's house near San Francisco's Alamo Square.
Ernesto "Xe" Gonzalez Acosta, age 23, was shot and killed on February 10, 2013, near the intersection of Hayes and Webster streets in San Francisco. Acosta, who was originally from Clovis, California, was described by friends and family as a warm, caring individual with a passion for life and cultural traditions.
