Joseph Luis Olguin, a 24-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically found dead on June 27, 2020, in Houston, Texas. His body was discovered next to a dumpster in the 4800 block of Moore Street near Cavalcade. The initial call to the Houston Fire Department was for a trash fire, but upon arrival, firefighters found Olguin's body burned and deceased.
