Thomas Dean Mabery, a 3-year-old boy from Arlington, Texas, tragically passed away on July 20, 2020. According to police reports, Thomas was accidentally shot by a family member. The incident occurred around 12:20 p.m. on the 4100 block of Maple Springs Drive. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Thomas with a gunshot wound to the head.
