On August 1, 2020, Jonetan Castro Navarro, a 37-year-old Hispanic male, was found dead in the parking lot of the Pebble Apartments in Dallas, Texas. The Dallas Police Department responded to a health and welfare check at approximately 6:47 a.m. and discovered Navarro lying in the rear parking lot. He had been fatally shot, and the Dallas County Medical Examiner's office later confirmed his identity and cause of death as a single gunshot wound.
