Death by Force

On September 5, 2020, Osvaldo Montes Garduño, a 41-year-old man, was fatally shot in the parking lot of Zona Rosa Cabaret in Dallas, Texas. According to witnesses, Garduño was shot by an unidentified man who then fled the scene in a silver Buick Encore. Prior to the shooting, the suspect was seen with other men in a red Dodge Ram Quad Cab pickup truck. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported Garduño to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
