Patrick Oneal Lovely, a 22-year-old male from Dallas, Texas, tragically passed away on September 7, 2020. The circumstances surrounding his death were quite distressing. According to reports, Lovely was shot multiple times by Frank Kemp, a 31-year-old acquaintance, in the 300 block of Vista Court around 5:15 p.m. Kemp then drove off with Lovely and called 911 from a gas station about 45 minutes later. Unfortunately, Lovely was pronounced dead at the hospital shortly after.
