On October 19, 2020, Christopher Rachal, a 32-year-old man from Houston, TX, was fatally shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex at 12221 Fleming Drive. Rachal was visiting a friend at the apartment complex when he was found in his vehicle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots around the time of the incident.
