Raul Zarco, a 17-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on January 11, 2021, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at approximately 9:40 p.m. at a sports cantina located at 9501 Southwest Freeway. Houston Police Department officers and paramedics responded to a shooting call and found Raul Zarco lying in the parking lot, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
