Jose Francisco Hernandez, a 19-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on November 16, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred outside his home at 1222 McLean Avenue around 1:30 a.m. Hernandez was shot and subsequently rushed to an area hospital by Dallas Fire-Rescue, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The circumstances surrounding his death were immediately investigated by Dallas homicide detectives.
