Marlon Lavan Potts, a 35-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 12, 2020, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. at an apartment complex parking lot located at 1415 West Gulf Bank Road. Potts was standing with his family when the suspect, Victor Y.
