On May 5, 2021, Willie James Woods Jr., a 30-year-old man from Houston, Texas, was fatally shot in the parking lot of 925 Greens Road. He was sitting in his vehicle when an unknown suspect opened fire, striking him with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, Woods Jr. was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect, described only as a male or female wearing a black hoodie, fled the scene in a light-colored sedan.
