Death by Force

Julio Minjares, a 27-year-old man from El Paso, Texas, tragically died on December 12, 2020, from a gunshot wound in East El Paso. Minjares was involved in a physical altercation earlier that night at a residence in the 10500 block of Ashwood Drive.
